Sisters in the Circle


Sisters eat as WHOLE LISTICLLY as you can.  There are so many preservatives and negative elements in foods today. Grab yourself some romaine lettuce, cut up some red, green, and yellow peppers. I also added some strawberries, grapes, & mushrooms with some lemon zest & parmesan.  You of course can tweek it to your fit but it's so fulfilly and your belly and skin will thank you.  Drink a glass of water before .
